One thing is certain: teachers hope that President-elect Obama administration, the No Child Left Behind act revision. This is mainly because the legislation so popular when it was proposed, proved to be a great … we mean by “mess”, as this family to go on the site. When it comes to education, No Child Behind Act had lofty goals: Make sure that students actually learn and not left that school districts have been paid as a babysitter for children, but to teach effectively. The problem is how the learning will be assessed under the Act. Under No Child Left Behind, the education of a child is judged solely on its performance on a standardized test. The standardized test has been used for decades to determine how well students have learned basic skills in the various states. Because schools are publicly funded, taxpayers would ensure that their teachers (who have the hardest job in the world) have their (small) salary. act before the No Child Left Behind, however, were not required to train teachers “to the test” and have a greater variety of materials, students learn how they plan to cover. Now, after the adoption This law, students learn how to test it too. Another criticism of the No Child Left Behind Act is that it provides incentives for teachers and school officials to lower standards of education both to retain their funding Federal and with the students, and not continue to run from the district a total of Push. Every child deserves a quality education. Teachers are under enormous pressure from their superiors, parents of the children they teach and students themselves, the last thing they need is retroactive to worry if their classrooms are not as high scores as a district decides they should be. Each student will learn differently and teachers should be free to have different learning styles incorporated into their curriculum. With No Child Left Behind, teachers have had their hands tied for six years. This is why so many educators and education experts to make up for Barack Obama and against his government for action. Most understand that the intention behind the action well, make sure that student learning is the text of the bill and its effects have a negative effect on Teachers and students had. Teachers must be encouraged and celebrated, not against each other in a kind of cosmic “My results are better than yours” system plays. Our whole life depends on the education we receive that whether educational, professional or “real life”. If one part of our education is threatened, we are vulnerable as individuals. Our educational system will help us choose our careers and the basis on which our life is structured. Do we owe our teachers to ensure they have the support and encouragement they need?

It addresses the educational needs of children with disabilities from ages birth to 26[1] in cases that involve 13 specified categories of disability.

The IDEA is “spending clause” legislation, meaning that it only applies to those States and their local educational agencies that accept federal funding under the IDEA. While States declining such funding are not subject to the IDEA, all States have accepted funding under this statute and are subject to it.

Special education is the education of students with special needs in a way that addresses the student’s individual differences and needs. Ideally, this process involves the individually planned and systematically monitored arrangement of teaching procedures, adapted equipment and materials, accessible settings, and other interventions designed to help learners with special needs achieve a higher level of personal self-sufficiency and success in school and community than would be available if the student were only given access to a typical classroom education.

Common special needs include learning disability, communication challenges, emotional and behavioral disorders, physical disabilities, and developmental disabilities.[1] Students with these kinds of disabilities are likely to benefit from additional educational services, different approaches to teaching, and use of technology.

Intellectual giftedness is a difference in learning and can also benefit from specialized teaching techniques or different educational programs, but the term “special education” is generally used to specifically indicate instruction of students whose special needs reduce their ability to learn independently or in a classroom, and gifted education is handled separately.
